Refund policy

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Change of mind returns

Change of mind returns are accepted provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in as new condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, hardware, instructions, and protective materials
  • The product shows no signs of installation, use, damage, or wear
  • You can provide your order number and proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to request a return

To request a return, please contact us at adminau@bajadesigns.com with your order details.

Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Inspection and approval

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, it will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Restocking fee and store credit

  • Approved returns will receive a store credit
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Store credit applies to the item value only
  • Shipping costs are not credited

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and assist.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Installed or used products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned incomplete or without original packaging

Authorised dealers

If your product was purchased through an authorised Australian dealer, returns must be processed directly through that dealer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order once your store credit has been issued.
